About
I co-founded EightCore to solve a problem I kept running into across 20+ years of transformation work: organisations invest in strategy, but the talent pipeline — from university to boardroom — is broken.
EightCore is an end-to-end transformation ecosystem. We work across four interconnected layers: organisation and leadership transformation, digital transformation, talent transformation (via W, our AI-driven online school for undergraduates and early-career graduates), and executive and management education for the existing workforce.
My mode of entry into organisations is through Fractional CXO and Board Advisory mandates — I work hands-on inside companies navigating turnarounds, restructuring, or new market and product entry. That execution experience directly informs what we build at EightCore.
My approach is grounded in over 20 years of leading structural change across Africa and MENA — not surface optimisation, but redesigning the organisational, digital, and talent conditions that determine whether transformation actually holds.
