I work with boards and executive teams at inflection points — growth, turnaround, restructuring, or new market entry. My role is to bring an operator's lens into the boardroom: clarifying strategic direction, pressure-testing assumptions, and aligning leadership around the structural moves that actually determine whether transformation holds.
I'm typically brought in when the gap between strategy and execution has become visible at board level — when decisions are being deferred, accountability is unclear, or the organisation is navigating a transition that requires both governance rigour and hands-on judgment. This work is grounded in 20+ years of leading structural change across Africa/MENA, and directly informed by my role as Co-Founder of EightCore — an end-to-end transformation ecosystem spanning organisational, leadership, digital, and talent transformation.
