
Transformation Partner and Fractional CXO
Through EightCore Solutions, I lead end-to-end transformation across four interconnected layers: organisation and leadership, digital infrastructure, talent pipeline (from undergraduates and early-career graduates through to the existing workforce), and executive and management capability.
Fractional CXO is my mode of entry — I step into organisations directly, working hands-on inside the business rather than advising from the outside. This is not interim cover or presentation-layer consulting. At EightCore, fractional CXO mandates are deployed as execution instruments within defined transformation programmes. Roles include CEO, COO, CFO, CSO, CMO/CGO, and CTO/CDO — individually or as coordinated leadership pods.
I'm typically brought in for two situations:
Turnaround and restructuring — when execution is stuck, cash is bleeding, or the board needs someone who can surface root causes and drive recovery fast
New market or product entry — when the strategy is clear but shipping isn't
Recent proof: currently leading the restructuring of a publicly quoted ~$10M company — surfaced hidden board-level leakages, stopped cash mismanagement, drove leadership exits, and delivered margin recovery within 6 months. Prior to this, led an EdTech through full restructure, turnaround, and new market entry to $2M ARR, 50,000+ learners, 50+ institutions across 4 continents.
My focus is on execution systems, operating models, and capability alignment — patterns that recur across sectors — while adapting to the specific regulatory, institutional, and market contexts of Africa/MENA.
