Alongside transformation mandates, I design and facilitate learning engagements that build institutional capability and leadership effectiveness — not as standalone training, but as part of a broader transformation architecture.

This includes:

• Executive education facilitation for senior leadership and management teams

• Curriculum co-creation with universities and industry partners (as part of EightCore's faculty model)

• Applied research on leadership, organisational dynamics, and workforce systems

• Research commercialisation — translating academic insight into usable practice within real institutional and organisational contexts

The emphasis is always on application: theory that doesn't change how leaders make decisions or how organisations operate isn't worth the room it takes up.
